The Future of IPD
IPD can sound scary for somebody who hasn't stepped foot on a project like that, because it feels weird to be so transparent about some of these things. But now the risk is shared and the incentive is shared. The more we're able to implement technology based workflows and more collaborative ways of starting a project, I agree completely. Like that's where the future is headed.
