UAVs - Is the Military Conservatism a Part of the Debate?
The military is actually lowing down the progression of u a vs in in the system. This year we saw a decline, i think i read about 13%. You'll see a 13 % decline in u a v expenditures over the next year. So we are spending a lot of money, but the systems that we actually have deployed are what i would consider, as an academic, to be fairly immature systems. They're still relatively simplitic in some of their operations as compared to what they could be.
