The case against Dale O'Lavera seems to hinge a lot on Trump employee for the key conversation About the boss once these deleted that's just a verbal conversation. The issue was saying well, I wasn't doing it for president I mean he was their boss in the end. There's not an intermediate boss referenced in the superseding indictment and so there would be a defense But it ultimately could just not make sense to a jury.
