Are Lesbians Born or Made by Choice?
Some lesbians know from early childhood that they are lesbians and never have any confusion about it. Many of these lesbians never engage sexually or romantically with males. I don't believe we can ever know what the true ratio of heterosexual to lesbian women would be if we lived in a truly pro-lesbian world. The numbers of lesbians who never engage voluntarily in heterosexual activity would be astronomically higher. A Pro-lesbian World is one where using the word lesbian or dyke as an insult is unthinkable.
