If we institute a universal basic income, will it choke off emigration in this and other countries? I agree that is a negative, but i think te sitives of the u. B i are so high that i would take the trade. If you look at successful tuck companies in the united states, the percentage of them founded by a first or second generation a immigrant. They already are.
