Robindradnot Togor - A Biography
Tegore penned over a thousand poems and two thousand songs, including the national anthems of india and bangadesh. He was born in 18 61 to a wealthy family in colcutta, or calcutta, as it was then known. The tagals were an extremely cultured mily, hosting plays and recitals of bengali and western classical music. Artists often pass through the tago home.
