I think there's just a lot of ways to get rich. All broke investors are the same, basicallyl yo, only go broke one of three ways. It's like it's mostly risk. Almost every time. Every broke investor goes broke in the same way every ri investor got rich. So i'm not saying you shouldn't buy other things, bu i say, likt 90 %Rassit should probably be income producing of some sort.
