We've never had the entire company on one call in 15 years of existence, which is just mind blowing to a lot of people. What we do instead is like a quarterly asynchronous up date kind of ama style. We actually do a real ama virtually and in person, in person, whenever we get together with or with our executives. And then also, virtually they're invited to do a m as a synchronous we even incorporate, started incorporating a sinc video into those. So really getting a bit more creative around how you do these sorts of things. But 99 % of them are done asyncronously.
