Working Out Is Good for You Physically

Working out is good for you. It's external but isn't that most people though like when you have to work out you get like endorphins going and then it makes you feel better. The other reason you should do it is because you don't know what's what you want on the inside Right. So in your head you're torturing yourself Into paralysis If you take that energy and are forced to focus it outward in physically doing something it will allow your unconscious mind to relax And maybe you can start to put some of those dots together and you'll have your aha moments.
