Ye spent eight years as a high school teacher, teaching english and high school. And then i spent seven years as an administrator at the high school levels. So how many times a day did you use these techniques? All day long, all day long. These are kids who go into fight or flight almost for no reason whatever. I mean, there their brains are almost constantly in that fighter flight stage because they don't always live in a safe environment.
