"You don't have to do anything but just let it go or let it run its course while you constantly return to your breath in the moment and what's going on right there because your thoughts are trying to pull you into the future or drag you back into the past" He adds that instead of latching onto attractive thoughts, coddling them and embracing them is actually counter product. 'I'm not saying you have to start meditating right this is just one way to get there'
