How to Create Authentic Conversations at Scale

LZ Granderson: In May, you posted a conversation at IDO in response to the Black Lives Matters movement. And it showed up as an invitation that over 500 people responded to. What have you learned is one of the key ways to do that effectively? LZ: My first tip is to have a tech team. We had four people working behind the scenes to make sure that the conversation actually flowed.
