Francisco and Gaima is a man we could do probably an entire episode on just by himself, as he is one of the oldest characters in modern history. His presidency was marked by authoritarian rule, political repression, widespread human rights abuses. He originally made a name for himself as a court clerk and interpreter, mostly making a names for himself by being willing to take bribes from certain people.
