Ammonium Chloride in Liquids

In germany, we just take a ammonium chloride in liquis form. It's very strange to me that salt is ingredient in candy in most other places. Even haribo makes a special version of their gummy bears for the us Market and even replaces the flavor with blue raspbery because Americans believe blue raspberries are thing.
