The judge made that implicit threat to Trump. He didn't issue a gag order. That would have been unconstitutional. The right to bail, the right to secure someone's appearance does not give a judge the right to suppress and censor speech. It doesn't give him the right to lecture about what he can and cannot say. And yet the judge was effectively doing that because that's who he is. So you have a politically motivated judge who is highly unlikely to give any impartial justice to Trump.
