How to Run an Experiment?
When you're runing an experiment, there's basically six steps that happen. So first, you have to have some alignment around like, what are you going to run? And then the team has to make a decision. One of the things that i think a lot of tooling doesn't get right is just understanding the end to end of an experiment process. It can be hard if you haven't created good allignment ahead of time. You know, for example, if you're a door dash company and your revenue goes down, you need to go up and test it again or something like that.

A/B testing and experimentation are the most reliable way to determine whether a change to your product will have the desired effect on your business.
