How to Be a Better Writer

My best work happens before 12 and I'm on a big book deadline at the moment. With my mindfulness it's a form of meditation for me to be off a screen to be reading. The habit of reading every night before bed has been a great one. It's so stimulating and it makes me better right so which is something that I want every day. Look there are a few and this sounds really cliche and boring but exercise really makes a difference to your life.
