How to Get Your Hands on a WordPress Plugin

It's really hard to get the plug in source code without paying for it or doing some jumping through a lot of hoops. You'll get an advantage generally speaking, but that can also be risky depending on how much the plugin costs. And so going that extra step and getting your hands on the plugin code, patching patch, diffing it against a known vulnerability or something like that. It takes a little bit of extra effort, but I think it's generally going to be worth it.
