i can literally feel the difference in my mind, set my morning routine in some form. There are times where it's very formalized. There's other times where i just have habitualized these practices. But either way, because they've become so much a part of i am, my morning routine is non negotiable. Changing behavior is hard, which is why i'm such a huge fan of habit stacking. Doctor chattergee recommends this practice to his patients to help them adopt healthy behaviors. And he finds that if they practise this morning routine, all their other health goals are much more likely to happen.
