The Importance of Universal Explainers in AGI

David Deutsch has this term he calls universal explainers. Can somebody maybe explain what a universal, what is David Deutsch's concept of universal explainer and how does it relate to AGI? Sure. So the notion of a universal explainer is essentially a an entity you can think of it as a mind that is capable of explaining anything that is explicable. Any explanation which can possibly be created by anything can be created by auniversal explainer. And so this is sort of looking at really the idea of general intelligence. One way to think about general intelligence is that it can create any knowledge.
