I've been thinking of my DNA as a computer code however many times it's run I would expect it to give the same outcome but really we should think of our genes as more of a recipe for say a cake. Regardless of how hard you try you can never make the same cake twice even if you follow the recipe exactly one cake is likely to be a bit drier maybe the other has a thicker layer of icing.
