The Importance of Rest for COVID Recovery

There was some very good and clear guidance produced by, I can't remember who actually it was in the BMJ. But we've got to watch for quiet aspects of COVID that can still happen even without symptoms in terms of under recovery. If someone's had just really cold like mild symptoms, again, they might have had this symptom disappear in three days. We are seeing people going back to sport faster, but the micro rules around that have got to be that is say someone is asymptomatic, then we can work at them getting back in a shorter period of time.
