Do You Have Systems of Work in Place to Identify Hazards?

There's a wealth of academic research on work factors that influence psychological health and safety. So i'm just pretending or or deliberately avoiding knowledge of the presence of those hazards in your work place doesn't absolve you. Am, you have a duty to actually identify those hazards, am, and then do something about it.
