We're looking at electrical efficiency of yourselves and so we're actually running a tiny current you can't feel it through to see how good your cells are. So based on that if you come in and say like I want to put on muscle we've got the gear that will put it on three to five times faster than lifting stuff. If an Ironman or a marathon is going to let you prove some of yourself I absolutely support that. But doing it as a way to get healthier most long-term like long distance cardio guys who do it all the time don't have healthy joints they're in pain all the time.
