I talked about the post-partum confinement period extensively on a previous episode of Spill the Baby Tea. My dad's mom is not as traditional or old schooled as my mom's mom, my poor poor. For a whole month my mom did not go outdoors that is one part of the confinement period where you're not supposed to go outdoors in case when you get in your hair and you catch a cold. She only went out during the doctor's visits and she also listened to everything. Did she also make you the soups and the foods and everything?
