How Much Strength Do You Need for Athletes?

Most of my strength work was done, you know, doing the specific exercise. If it ware swimming, i'd put a towel round my ankle and put a poor boy b my legs. I'd preferred that over paddles or anything else. For an endurance athlete, a lot of the benefit is going to come from soft tissue, tendons, ligament mortify - making them resilient. So s a big part of that.
