Meditation and the Kind of Secular End of It

The direct path has really only been available in the west, really, for the last ten or 20 years. It's no longer held a secret and dispense just to people that live in astra ashrams and monasteries. You can now come across this understanding without having to subscribe to any of the religious or spiritual traditions.
