Is the Attorney General Taking the Death Penalty Off the Table?
There's 25 cases at least in which the Attorney General has withdrawn a prior seek. In one case, I think defendant had been charged with killing 11 people over a seven year span. But you know, he's looked at the circumstances of each of those cases and apparently thought that they did not warrant the ultimate punishment.
