Is Un-Ru Radiation the Source of Inertia?

Mike McCullough suggests that quantum radiation is responsible for inertia. The event horizon that you created in Alpha Centauri triggers radiation in the rest of the universe's quantum fields. So un-ru radiation, which is a whole interesting thing that people actually believe exists, suggests that anybody who's accelerating will feel this quantum radiation from the universe. We are all tied together by these quantum fields.
