So eon arrived at a number without consulting the board or doing any, like, the making nice, playing fitzy stuff. Int was like, hay, this is my offer to buy your entire company. It's 54 dollars, 20 cents a share. Is my best and final offer. I'm cutting to the chase and cutting to the very end. And if this doesn't work out, i may sell all my shares. That's sort of what the hostile process is.
