PepsiCo has a very rigorous pay equity review process that PepsiCo put into place where we go through and assess every year. I think it also goes back to having the fundamental beliefs and tenants in your culture that these are the stakes in the ground where you're not going to compromise. And as much as culture comes from top leadership down, it also comes from the base of your workforce up.
