The Unbelievable Crime Against the Idea of America

The reason our foreign policy is so dumb sometimes is because it's been completely insulated in the so-called rooms with the whiteboards, you know, where the smart people hang out. They've never had their dumb ideas challenge because they grow up in a world where forget right and left. And until we have an actual marketplace of ideas, we're going to have a state department believing their own bullshit like Tom was saying.
