I started daily meditation, like Vedic meditation. And that really helped sort of calm my nervous system down. It allowed me to sort of see like my monkey mind and go, Oh, wait, that's not neat. I practice it with them or I take them through a sort of guided meditation so that I can integrate it. Like back in the day, I would have been like, what are we doing? Like paying attention to my breathing. What? But my kids are like, yeah, okay, let's do it. Which is so cool.
