What's the Role of the Hosting Team?

We strive to have five hosts on a Sunday, that varies. We've actually had to adjust our hosting teams as well to fatten them up at the 11 a.m. service because of incoming people. Who marks our role? Great question. That is our hosting team. And then our staff team actually take a moment in our staff meeting on a Monday to check it and then also take that opportunity to go, blah, blah, I was being away for a while. How are they going? Or, you know, we use it as an additional thing for care.That's specifically with members.
