China has 400 million millennials who could be an engine of growth for the country, says Michael Bociurkiw. He argues that getting young people to consume rather than save is probably a good thing. But there are vested interests in the Chinese Communist Party that profit from the infrastructure heavy state-connected firm model and they have typically blocked reforms trying to transfer wealth back to households.
