The constitution, on its face, is silent on abortion. How did the supreme court botch that in 18 73? Why haven't the privileges and immunities clause come back? And i think there's a lot to commend both the bradley and field descents and slaughter house where there's room clearly for judges and justices to ognize fundamental rights not enumerated in the constitution through the privileges or immunities clause.
