If people are addicted to looking at me for praise, they never get challenged. When an individual is responsible for their own learning and making discoveries about the ways in which they can do certain things, that becomes a normal process for them. The minute they've got a problem, what they're doing is thinking: Let me think of ways i can solve this problem. Which means they become adaptable. Resilient er, you know, kind of self organizing,. all of these, all o these life skills that adults are trying to impose on children. We're do this job at the beginning, by te m this is the way to do it. I want to be modern.
