There are constant learnings in the middle of an in-flight venture and then having a retrospective at the end. There are so many important lessons that we can learn and fold back into our core methodology or it might inform on, okay, this was an interesting situation. Every startup is going to have different parameters, a different focus, different goals and different constraints. And so we are constantly testing new ideas and iterating them and then folding the most relevant, valuable learnings back intoour core content. It's this beautiful and endless cycle.
