Orthodoxy Is Fully Sacramentalcont Protestantism

i set up a private facebook group including a whole host of christianphil s that i knew. And i just started for about a period of a year and a half, putting up these little block posts w what sort of document where my thinking was. I didn't really take that terribly seriously. But then there were questions, how certain could i be that was i receiving the true eucharist in lutheran and anglican churches? So i thought it'd be pretty odd if god was absent, you know, given how like, liturgically similar they are.
