Mesopotamia is the homeland of some of the earliest signs of domestication that we see anywhere in the world. By the start of the holicene, we start to see domestication transition into forms of domestication. And then within a few millennia, the mixed patterns of subsistence have led to very different kinds of life styles. With or we see a model of a city beginning to emerge that has all the trappings of early civilizations.
