How to Create a United Front in a Relationship?

In our household, my husband does anything that has to do with a investment management and i do more of the household stuff. My artens young adults are very frustrated because they their experiences that my 80 ht husband tells them to do things that he doesn't follow through on himself. I think thereis one way to handle that, is to say, he ah, you know, i support the other person. Unfortunately, the best way to have a united front is to actually be on the same page.
