Working Out Fasted Cardio

For men, stop bulking when you are between 15 and 20 % body fat. For women, stop cutting between fif n and 20%. If you really like the cardio and it's not ruining your health, if you're not overdoing it in the extreme, i would say, keep it up. There are lots of benefits to doing higher than normal amounts of cardio even if it's not great for muscle and strength gain.
