The Benefits of Commercial Property Over Residential
With commercial property it's actually up to the tenant to fix things pay the rates and stuff like that as well. The leases terms are longer so under a residential lease you know 12 month terms are the most common under commercial lease less than three year terms are very uncommon. Commercial properties don't have the opportunity for somebody to shoot on the floor or to chew the appliances or the cupboards and stufflike that. There's just an enormous opportunity for them to do damage to it whether it's pets, children or smoking.
