Do Older Athletes Take Longer to Recover?

Brad: Older athletes need more protein to recover, particularly after muscle damaging. Tom Dorring found that older athletes could not take in a volume of protein and then turn it into body connective tissue compared to younger athletes. So we effectively doubled the recommended 20 grams per day,. immediately after training 20 grams of protein, approximately a little can of tuna, let's put it into real world. He found that their recovery was enhanced, the older athletes recovery was enhanced.
