How Do You Interpret the News?

The International Energy Agency, the IEA says that Europe's energy futures look good. Wind and solar are going to continue to grow. They predict that carbon emissions will not be tied to the growth of the overall European economy. But there are a lot of people out there that are not agreeing that this is positive.
