Ryanair, Ryanair and the Department of Transportation

Buddha judge has been vocal about cracking down on air lines for not refunding passengers for cancelled flights. The department also recently released its first ever bill of rights for passengers disabilities, which says people are entitled to things like seating, accommodations and assistance. Scott says he can't believe the still a problem. This is just an issue that the aerline industry should just solve.
