Sideways Moves Can Mean More Money
We're going to go through each of those reasons why we want to get promoted and then think about well what are the ideas for action. So let's take the money one first so if we want more money then what might we do instead. Another way to make more money is side projects now I know this one can feel maybe hustle hustle yeah a bit hustle which I'm always a bit uncomfortable with. We understand that it's quite a big ask on top of people's day jobs so we don't want to dismiss it but I think it's really a sort of sustainable answer.
