In dozens of cases, there were informants who proposed terrorist plots to the men that they were surveiling. In many cases, the fbi has had a vast network of informants in the moslem community as part of its domestic war on terror. What happens with craig is very unique, because he has completely misjudged the people he's targeting. As soon as he brings up that plot, mohammedan and ahmed are horrified. They don't say another word for the rest of the car ride. We have to report this guide to the fbi. He's clearly a terrorist.
