Durian, Stinky Tofu, What's That?
In Chinese it's tofu, which is literally just stinky tofu. I think that even people in the countries where the durian comes from admit that it smells, if not terrible. But tung guqjang is black belt level Korean food. If you make it, your house is going to wreak for a long time. It's one of those stinky ass foods that I love but my own brother would have to leave the house because he couldn't eat it,. So I understand.
