The Pennsylvania Uniform Firearms Act Reiterates Section 21 of the United States Constitution
Pittsburgh's mayor and city council recently passed a rule banning certain types of guns in the city. It makes me wonder, is this simply an effort on the part of the mayor to use taxpayer dollars to advertise his next mayoral run? The fact that we're about 18 months out from the next election, I think answers your question. This is about the time when silliness starts ramping up and people make all kinds of public pronouncements. Not with an eye towards governing, but with an eye toward winning reelection.
